A Royal Oak, Michigan native, Crystal Rader reached a turning point after one too many Midwest winters. She sold her home, booked a one-way ticket to New Zealand, and began what became years of traveling the world with nothing but a backpack and a desire to learn about other cultures. When she arrived in Montana, she soon realized Big Sky Country was home.

In 2018, just one year after settling in, Crystal founded Crystal Clear Cleaning in Big Sky. She recognized a local need and built the company from the ground up, growing it into a thriving business that still operates today under the care of her dedicated team.

That same entrepreneurial spirit and instinct for solving problems led her into real estate. Crystal saw that clients felt unsure or uninformed in the home selling process, and she knew she could do it differently.
